BlinkEarn is a Nigerian affiliate marketing and digital products marketplace operated by Blink Tech & IT Consult. We provide a platform where members can promote digital products, earn commissions, and access business education resources. BlinkEarn is not a bank, investment scheme, or financial institution.

You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all earnings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BlinkEarn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
BlinkEarn offers tiered membership plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Elite) each with defined commission structures, product access, and benefits. Membership fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable once your account is activated and you have gained access to the platform's features. By upgrading your plan, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued after activation.
Commissions are earned when a referred user completes a qualifying purchase using your unique affiliate link. Commissions are credited to your BlinkEarn wallet and are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold. BlinkEarn reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust commissions that are found to be fraudulent, generated through self-referrals, or in breach of these terms. Earnings are not guaranteed — results depend on your individual effort and marketing activities.
Withdrawals are processed to verified Nigerian bank accounts only. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. BlinkEarn reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts under review for suspicious activity may have withdrawals suspended pending investigation.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal action.
Products listed on the BlinkEarn Marketplace are digital goods. Once a digital product is purchased and download access or delivery has been granted, the sale is considered final. BlinkEarn acts as a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of third-party digital products. Disputes regarding product quality should be directed to our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
BlinkEarn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion if we reasonably believe a violation of these Terms has occurred. Upon termination, access to all platform features, commissions, and content will be revoked. Terminated accounts will not be eligible for refunds or commission payouts pending at the time of termination due to a policy breach.
BlinkEarn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. BlinkEarn is not responsible for any loss of earnings, data, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical issues, or third-party failures.
BlinkEarn may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email or in-platform announcement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
