Refund Policy

At BlinkEarn, we strive to ensure every member gets value from our platform. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a purchase on BlinkEarn, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Fees — No Refund Policy

All membership plan payments (Basic, Pro, Elite, or any other tier) are strictly non-refundable once the account has been activated and you have gained access to the platform, training materials, affiliate tools, and/or any downloadable content. This is because:

2. Marketplace Digital Products

Digital products purchased from the BlinkEarn Marketplace (e-books, courses, templates, etc.) are also generally non-refundable once access or download has been granted. However, we may review refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

Refund requests for marketplace products must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via our Support Center, with clear evidence of the issue.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at support@blinkearn.ng with your payment receipt(s). Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your membership plan, you pay the difference or the new plan price as applicable. Upgrade fees are non-refundable once your new tier has been activated. You cannot downgrade a plan and claim a partial refund for unused higher-tier access.

5. No Refund for Policy Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, multiple accounts, abuse) are not eligible for any refund of membership fees, pending commissions, or any other payments made to BlinkEarn.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Support Center
  2. Open a new ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
  3. Include your registered email, transaction reference/receipt, and a detailed description of your issue
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
